In the vast land of Sanqin, Shaanxi Gas Group takes project construction as an engine to drive the enterprise to move forward steadily.From silent land to busy construction sites, natural gas pipelines are winding like dragons and filling stations are springing up.This is a vivid portrayal of the Group's deepening of the "Three Years" activities and the promotion of key project construction. Since this year, the gas group focus on the goal to establish key projects to lead the system as a key initiative, dedicated to creating "transmission, storage, marketing, use, service" integrated natural gas industry chain.A total of 34 capital projects are planned for the year, with a total investment of 1521 million yuan, which is expected to complete 123.8% of the investment plan, an increase of 33.8% year-on-year, showing a strong momentum of development.   In terms of pipeline network construction, Gas Group actively responded to the province's "three rings, four verticals and five horizontal" planning, strengthening pipeline network interconnection, a number of key projects to accelerate progress.Among them, the gas pipeline of Zhouwan purification plant has been completed and put into use, the pipeline of Liufeng Line has been completed, the pipeline of Tongbai-Tong has exceeded the laying task, and the pipeline of Yuxi Line (Yichuan-Xi'an section) has completed the approval formalities, and is about to start the construction.In addition, the project of adding a new compressor unit at Zhangcun Station is also accelerating, and the total mileage of pipelines under the jurisdiction of the company has exceeded 4,500 kilometres, which is one of the highest in the country.  

The company has made substantial progress in the exploration of the Paleozoic coal seam section in the Yichuan area of Yan'an, and the daily production of a single well for gas testing exceeded 30,000 cubic metres of coal bed methane, which set a new record for the highest daily production of this type of resource in the Yan'an gas field.This indicates that the Yan'an gas field has huge potential for deep coalbed methane exploration and development.         Coalbed methane, commonly known as gas, is an unconventional natural gas, and coalbed methane with a burial depth of more than 1,500 metres is known as deep coalbed methane in the industry.Compared with shallow and medium coalbed methane, the mechanism of deep coalbed methane is more complex, and the exploration and development is difficult and costly.         Wan Yongping, chief geologist of Yanan Oil & Gas Field Company, introduced that the depth of coal beds in Yanan gas field is more than 2,000 metres, and compared with the surrounding coal bed methane fields that have been discovered, it has the geological characteristics of "greater depth of coal beds and significant thinning of the thickness", and the development of Yanan gas field is facing the problems of blank technological experience and complex processes.         In order to promote the Yan'an gas field to increase reserves and production, Yanchang Oil & Gas Field Company organised industry research, introduced experts, innovated around four key core technologies, namely, geology, drilling, fracturing, and extraction, and carried out pilot tests of coalbed methane horizontal well groups, actively explored paths applicable to the exploration and development of deep-seated coalbed methane in the Yan'an gas field, and preliminarily formed the process of drilling horizontal wells in thin coal seams and "dense network" volumetric fracturing transformation technology.Initially, a horizontal well drilling system for thin coal beds and a "dense network" volumetric fracturing transformation technology system have been formed.         According to the report, the company preferred conventional wells for coal bed gas test in the exploration favourable area, and industrial gas flow was obtained in 4 wells, and substantial progress was made in resource exploration.  

Winter is approaching quietly, and the wind is bitterly cold in northern Shaanxi, but the construction site of Jingbian Natural Gas Storage, Peaking and Supporting LNG Project (Jingbian LNG Project) is a hot and energetic scene with high fighting spirit.The builders of Yanchang Petroleum Refining & Chemical Company are launching a final sprint towards the "closing" target at the end of the year with full enthusiasm and firm determination.     With the official start of the water filling test of the 2# LNG storage tank, it marks the successful completion of the main construction of the inner tank of Jingbian LNG project and its successful acceptance.At present, the cable insulation test and cable laying work of the whole plant have also been fully completed, which has won valuable time for the subsequent installation and commissioning of electrical instruments.       In order to ensure that the actual volume of work completed can meet the actual operational needs of the production unit, the Project Execution Centre successfully completed the installation of equipment steel structure in early September.As the installation of the basic process pipeline entered the middle and late stages, the Centre and the natural gas company to carry out close communication, inviting the production unit technicians to intervene in advance, the completed project implementation of the "three checks and four" pre-checks, for the discovery of design defects, omissions and other key issues, and timely rectification proposals and the implementation of the design changes, effectively eliminating the unreasonable design, to provide the quality of the project.The unreasonable design provides a solid guarantee for the project quality.According to the person in charge of the process technology group of the project implementation centre, significant progress has been made in the "Three Checks and Four Definitions" inspection work, and the elimination rate has reached about 65%.       In addition, in the pipeline pressure testing, blowing, valve degreasing and other key links, the Project Execution Center and the natural gas company continue to maintain in-depth cooperation, co-organisation and participation in the inspection and acceptance work, through close cooperation between the two sides, effectively shorten the cycle of gas tightness testing and drying treatment before the commissioning, in order to ensure that the process of the commissioning of the first time a solid foundation for the success.
