On January 3, the annual statement of Pipeline Company 2024 showed that the annual pipeline transmission of 14,151,000 tonnes of crude oil, 5,846,400 tonnes of refined oil products, and 2,070,500 tonnes of purchased crude oil were 110.12%, 116.93%, and 103.52% of the annual plan, respectively, and the annual target tasks were overfulfilled.
In the past year, the company made efforts to overcome the difficulties of extreme weather, refinery overhaul, high storage level and tight balance operation, and resumed the operation of Nangan section of the liaison line by strengthening upstream and downstream communication and coordination, utilized the positive and negative transmission function of Yao Yong Line and Nangan Line, and gave full play to the regulating function of storage and transportation system to reasonably organize the production and transportation operation of the storage and transportation, and turned over 221,800 tonnes of oil source to Yan'an Refining during the period of Yong Refining's overhaul, which significantly alleviated the pressure of oil source in the region of Yan'an.During the maintenance period of Yonglian Refining, it turned over 221,800 tonnes of oil to Yanlian Refining, which greatly alleviated the pressure of oil source in Yan'an region and strongly guaranteed the balanced supply of upstream and downstream materials of the Group.
Since December, under the strong support of the provincial and municipal governments and the Group, the pipeline company has increased its efforts in purchasing crude oil, and the target of delivery and sale has increased from 1.8 million tonnes to 2.05 million tonnes, which has helped the Group to improve quality and increase efficiency.At the same time, combined with the fourth quarter of the production safety labour competition, efforts to coordinate upstream and downstream, deployment of the task volume, hold the key points, one hand to grasp the internal production tasks of the overall scheduling work, the other hand to grasp the outsourcing of crude oil to increase the supply of security of supply coordination work, strict quality of oil and pipeline safety, to ensure high quality to complete the full year of pipeline transmission tasks.It is worth mentioning that last year, the pipeline company began to transport the first batch of imported crude oil from Russia, which opened a new "battlefield" for reducing transport costs and implementing the Group's task of reducing costs and increasing efficiency.
