With the official start of the water filling test of the 2# LNG storage tank, it marks the successful completion of the main construction of the inner tank of Jingbian LNG project and its successful acceptance.At present, the cable insulation test and cable laying work of the whole plant have also been fully completed, which has won valuable time for the subsequent installation and commissioning of electrical instruments.
In order to ensure that the actual volume of work completed can meet the actual operational needs of the production unit, the Project Execution Centre successfully completed the installation of equipment steel structure in early September.As the installation of the basic process pipeline entered the middle and late stages, the Centre and the natural gas company to carry out close communication, inviting the production unit technicians to intervene in advance, the completed project implementation of the "three checks and four" pre-checks, for the discovery of design defects, omissions and other key issues, and timely rectification proposals and the implementation of the design changes, effectively eliminating the unreasonable design, to provide the quality of the project.The unreasonable design provides a solid guarantee for the project quality.According to the person in charge of the process technology group of the project implementation centre, significant progress has been made in the "Three Checks and Four Definitions" inspection work, and the elimination rate has reached about 65%.
