Railway line is 15.221 km long, the main works include roadbed, bridges, tunnels, housing, rail, four electricity, station, etc., of which Anzitou Tunnel for the project's key controlling node project, the total length of 9,555 metres, set up four trackless transport slanting shafts, the tunnel's maximum burial depth of 224 metres, the minimum burial depth of 1.2 metres, the tunnel perimeter rock grade for Ⅳ, Ⅴ perimeter rock. The through the Anzitou Tunnel No. 3 to No. 4 inclined shaft section of the main hole interval using the drill and blast method of excavation, full cross-section construction process. In the construction process, Fu County Power Generation Company and the project consulting units, general contracting units, design units, supervision units planning ahead, through continuous programme innovation, scientific organization, strict management, seriously follow the "pipe ahead, strict grouting, short excavation, weak blasting, fast closure, diligent measurement" principle, firmly established "People-oriented, safety first" construction concept, the use of information technology, intelligent management tools, to overcome the weak and broken strata, super water, through the shallow section of the ground construction, through the village and the existing road construction and other unfavourable conditions, to ensure the safety of the section, the smooth passage.
After the completion of the railway line, it can effectively alleviate the pressure of coal transport of Fuxian Power Generation Company, reduce the dependence on a single mode of transport, realise the fast and efficient transport of coal, reduce the cost of transport, and at the same time, improve the safety, reliability and environmental protection of the transport process.
