On 23rd June, the venting torch of the newly built No.4 gas gathering station of Zhouwan gas gathering brigade in Wuji of the gas field company was ignited successfully at one time, and the line equipment operated normally, which marked the successful commissioning and operation of the first gas gathering station of the company in Wuji area, and it will play an important role for the Group's production capacity construction of the northern part of the middle area of Yan'an gas field.
According to the person in charge of the gas extraction brigade, the new No. 4 gas gathering station is located in Wugu Township, Wuji County, covers an area of 29.7 acres, the use of new technology and automation processes, the design of the daily scale of natural gas treatment of 500,000 cubic metres, is mainly responsible for the wellsite gas by the inlet valve group sled collection, after the section of the plug flow replenishment set, filtration and separation process after the external transmission.
In order to ensure the completion of the commissioning task on schedule, the plant production and construction personnel listed time schedule, scheduling, chart combat. On the one hand, they strengthened the natural gas production organisation, aimed at releasing the capacity and forming the output, and arranged the progress of the trial gas commissioning ahead of schedule. On the other hand, pay close attention to the project quality control, strictly in accordance with the node to promote, early planning, decomposition and implementation, coordination of production units to actively cooperate with the project construction. Especially in the face of the arduous production task of 2.092 billion cubic metres this year, the field personnel seized the key points, took multiple measures and did their best to promote the completion of the target tasks.
